Bonniebanks is a stunning self - contained detached country cottage set in its own private woodland garden. It’s outdoor amenities now include a new Canadian handcrafted six person cedar sauna along with the ever popular six person hot tub, large dining deck, BBQ  area and gazebo, all for your relaxation and entertainment.

Nestled in the exclusive private Estate of Arden and a short walk through the woods to the water's edge of Loch Lomond ,Bonniebanks comfortably accommodates up to six people in 3 ensuite bedrooms. 

Purpose built as a holiday house in 2005 to a high specification, spanning 1800 sq ft , the cottage offers secluded spacious living and caters for , we are very confident , your every need while  you are on your vacation! Ideal for friends or families to get together, relax and enjoy this rural retreat.

The accommodation which has ground floor level access includes : Entrance lobby for coats and outdoor boots ; main hall leading to a large L shaped open plan  lounge , dining area and generous fully equipped kitchen, with laundry facilities. French doors open out from the lounge onto a large deck and outdoor dining area, leading into Bonniebanks large secluded garden, your own private sauna and hot tub spa and BBQ areas. Perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying the tranquility of the surrounding woodland. A king size bedroom with en-suite shower room is also situated on the ground floor.

Bonniebanks cottage also boasts Sky TV package in the lounge and all bedrooms , DVD player and Wi-Fi .There is private parking in front of the cottage. A complimentary welcome starter pack and a bottle of wine await your arrival. Robes are provided for the outdoor spa facilities. Please however, bring your swimming costume and flip flops / flat sandals for your comfort as it is outdoors!

Situated within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, Bonniebank’s location enables you to enjoy the park’s wild and beautiful countryside , where outdoor pursuits and adventure await you e.g. the  iconic waters of  Loch Lomond, majestic Ben Lomond and the internationally renowned West Highland Way. There are foot /cycle paths leading down to the loch-side where you can stroll along the shore, visit the Cameron (Carrick) golf club and Spa or take a ferry trip to Inchmurrin Island. 

There are restaurants nearby including the Cruin restaurant /bar which overlook the water a short walk away. The pretty conservation village of Luss and the towns of Balloch and Helensburgh have full shopping facilities a short drive or cycle away.
